Terms and conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase of products sold on our website www.stib19.com. This site belongs to Stib19 Spa in Via dei Drappieri, blocco 19 – Centergross, Funo di Argelato (Bologna) – Italy.
They govern the offer and sales of all our products. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MIGHT APPLY TO YOU.

This e-commerce site has been created for the sole use of B2B - business to business - sales and orders received from people who are part of an organization or individual businesses and professionals. It is not for the use of individual consumers who act outside his or her trade and profession and who do not have a VAT number. We shall remind you that by sending a purchase order you agree to understand and accept the following terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy which you can read at/on its dedicated page.

We also inform you that these T&C may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations so we invite you to regularly check them before buying our products.

1. Site access and navigation
To visit our products and services it is not necessary to register on our website. Nevertheless we advise you to register (though it is not compulsory) when you decide to buy our products. This will allow you to follow your order status and the delivery of your goods.

2. How to place an order
Firstly you must view our products on our SHOP page where you will find all our fabrics divided into groups. Alternatively, if you already know what you are looking for, you can go to the top of the page and digit the key word in the PRODUCT SEARCH space. Once you have selected the desired product and found all the technical information you can proceed in two ways:
1- Request a free swatch (size 8x4,5 cm), for a maximum of 5 fabric swatches per month. We recommend to take this action in order to help you clearly identify the fabric you want to buy. Unfortunately a photographic image of a fabrics can never be 100% true to the original.
2- Buy fabrics with a minimum purchase order of 5 meters per quality/article and a maximum order quantity available in stock. In case you wish to place an order for a fabric of a quantity bigger than that available, you can always write to us at: contact@stib19.com, and check whether we can meet your demand. We will do our best to help you.

When you are finally satisfied with your choice of products, you can proceed to the next step of BUYING the fabrics and view them in your CART. Here your can review the details of your order, including shipping costs based on your country of origin and decide to go ahead or cancel 1 or more of your chosen articles.

3.Payment and delivery
Once you are happy with your buying list, you can proceed to check out, and select the desired form of payment. When you have completed your order, you will automatically receive order confirmation. Your order will be processed within 48 hours, only when payment is received (either by credit card or by money transfer) and shipped according to your choice of shipping service (standard or express). The prices of the products on our E-shop are in Euros per meter and they are not inclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Please note: Depending on what country you are buying from, you may incur into extra import taxes and costs, for purchases made from countries outside the Eurozone.
