Returns, cancellations and claims

We want all our clients to be 100% happy with the products purchased from our E-Shop. Therefore we ask our customers, before placing an order, to carefully read the technical details of their chosen fabrics - found in the product sheet - and to use our free swatch service. This will help you to be fully aware and knowledgeable about what you are buying.

Since we are dealing with fabrics ready in stock which have been thoroughly checked before shipment, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchange once the fabric has been cut. Cut fabrics are essentially customised products. It would be impossible for us to sell the same quantity of cut fabric to another customer.
Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you have received fabrics which are damaged, defective or incorrect, please write to us immediately at: contact@stib19.com, within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Should you be granted the Right of Withdrawal on cut fabrics, you will need to comply with the following return policies:
1-Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and, where possible, sent back in their original packaging.
2-Goods must not be washed, ironed or altered in any way.
Return procedure:
To start the return procedure, send a written claim to the following e-mail address: contact@stib19.com. You must state the order number and also the code of the product you are returning.
After receiving authorisation to return the goods, you will have to despatch the fabrics within 14 days of receiving them. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds: Once checked that the returned goods are in their original condition, Stib19 Spa will reimburse you the full cost by chargeback or money transfer as soon as possible and within 30 days of the date of your return claim.
